Integrations overview
What is it?
Integrations connect third-party apps to a project. Connected accounts expose tools Clankee can use when chatting or running tasks — so answers and workflows come from your actual data instead of guesses.
Common examples from the product catalog include Notion, Gmail, Google Drive, GitHub, Linear, Salesforce, and more. The public site also lists available integrations.
How to open Integrations
In a project, open Integrations in the sidebar.
Title pattern: {project} integrations
Description: “Connect third-party apps to this project”
Search with Search integrations...
What you can do
| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| Click an integration | Click to connect or Click to manage accounts |
| Connect | Authorize a named account |
| Manage | Visibility, allowed members, tools, disconnect |
Permissions
Project members can view integrations. Connecting and managing accounts requires the ability to update project-connected resources (typically Owner/Admin). Private accounts further restrict who can use them. See Visibility and access.
Expected behavior
- Cards show how many accounts are added.
- After connect, tools may take a moment to sync before they appear.
