Integrations
Visibility and access
Choose Team or Private access for connected integration accounts.
What is it?
Visibility controls who can use a connected integration account inside a project.
Settings
| Access | Who can use it | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Team | Shared with the project/team context | Company-shared Notion, Linear, or Drive accounts |
| Private | Limited to selected Allowed members (project members), plus people who can update the project | Personal Gmail or individual API-backed accounts that should not be usable by everyone |
How to change visibility
- Open the integration → connected account.
- Under Visibility, choose Team or Private.
- For Private, select Allowed members and Save visibility.
Permissions
Changing visibility requires access to manage the integration account. Allowed members are chosen from project members (not Discord-only members).
Expected behavior
Users who are not allowed on a Private account cannot use that account's tools in chat or tasks.
Limitations
- Allowlists are Clankee project members, not raw Discord user lists.
- Visibility is per connected account, not per individual tool.
