Common Clankee messages, what causes them, and how to resolve them.
Use this reference when the product shows a specific message. Prevention tips are included where useful.
Invitations
| Message | Cause | Resolution |

| This user is already a member of the team. | Email already joined | Add them to projects instead of inviting again |
| An invitation has already been sent to this email address. | Pending invite exists | Cancel or wait for accept |
| This invitation has already been accepted. | Invite reused | No action needed |
| This invitation has expired. | Older than 3 days | Send a new invite |
| This invitation was sent to a different email address. | Signed in with wrong email | Switch accounts or resend |
Teams

| This team name is reserved and cannot be used. | Restricted name | Choose a different name |
| The team owner cannot be removed. | Owner protection | Transfer ownership needs are handled by keeping the owner |
Integrations
| Message | Cause | Resolution |

| This connection link has expired. Please try again. | Stale connect link | Restart Connect |
| This connection link is invalid for the current session. | Session mismatch | Restart in the same browser session |
| Integration connection failed or was cancelled. | OAuth cancelled/failed | Retry authorization |

Discord workspaces

| Selected server is not available. | Guild unavailable | Pick another server or reconnect |
| This Discord server is already connected to the project. | Duplicate connect | Use existing workspace |
| No manageable Discord servers found… | Missing Manage Server | Use an account with permission |
| Invalid OAuth state. / Missing OAuth state. | Broken OAuth flow | Start Connect with Discord again |
Billing and credits

Task notifications and schedules
