Answers to common questions about Clankee behavior and access.
Clankee is an AI operations assistant that connects your tools and works from Discord so your team can ask questions and run ops work without juggling dashboards.
Slack and Microsoft Teams appear in the product as Coming soon. Discord is the supported workspace today.
System tasks cannot be edited or archived. Create a Custom task if you need full control.
They may be on a different team, missing project membership, or blocked by Private integration visibility. See Permissions troubleshooting.
Teams and projects each use Owner, Admin, and Member roles. See Roles and permissions.
The knowledge base list hides Found knowledge by default. Filter by type to show it.
Brain requires project update permission (Owner/Admin) and the team plan capability
brain. Free plans may not include Brain even for Admins. See Brain and Billing and credits.Deleted knowledge entries are removed through the delete confirmation flow. There is no separate recycle bin documented in the product UI.
The task is archived and no longer treated as an active task you edit day to day. Use archive carefully; system tasks cannot be archived.
Invite them to the team first, then add them only to that project as a project member. There are no project-only invite emails.
Open Team Settings → Billing, or visit https://clankee.ai/pricing. Owners and Admins can subscribe, buy credits, and open the Stripe billing portal. See Billing and credits.
Skills are packaged playbooks that guide Clankee in a project. Install platform skills or create custom ones from the project Skills sidebar. See Skills overview.
