Login and access
Fix signup, login, password reset, and invitation access problems.
Symptoms
- Cannot create an account
- Cannot log in
- Password reset email missing
- Invitation will not accept
Registration is disabled
If you see that registration is currently disabled, public signup is turned off. Join the waitlist from the marketing site and wait for access.
Cannot log in
- Confirm you are using the correct email.
- Reset your password from Forgot password?
- If 2FA is enabled, use a current authenticator code or a recovery code.
- Wait a minute if you hit rate limits from too many attempts.
- Try a passkey if you registered one.
Password reset issues
- Reset links expire after 60 minutes. Request a new one.
- Requests are throttled; wait before retrying.
- Check spam/junk folders.
Invitation will not accept
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| Wrong account email | Sign in with the invited email, or ask for a new invite. |
| Invite expired (3 days) | Ask an Owner/Admin to send a new invitation. |
| Already a member | Skip accept; switch to the team and ask to be added to projects. |
| Duplicate pending invite | Ask an admin to cancel and resend. |
