Discord workspaces
Fix Discord connect, bot invite, sync, and chat problems.
No Discord servers listed
Message: “No manageable Discord servers found…”
- Confirm you have Manage Server on the target Discord server.
- Re-run Connect with Discord with the correct Discord account.
Server already connected
Message: “This Discord server is already connected to the project.”
Use the existing workspace, or connect a different server.
Bot does not reply in Discord
- Confirm the bot was invited to the same server you connected.
- Confirm the bot can see the channel.
- Mention Clankee explicitly (
@Clankee …). - Check Conversations and Tool runs in the web app.
- Revisit Invite the Clankee bot. Onboarding confirmation does not automatically verify bot presence.
Sync knowledge issues
- Use Sync knowledge on the workspace detail page.
- Monitor the Sync Discord knowledge task under Tasks / Run history.
- Brain/knowledge may stay empty until sync or discovery completes.
Slack or Microsoft Teams
Those platforms show Coming soon and cannot be connected yet. Use Discord for workspace chat today.
