Tasks and runs
Fix scheduling, notification, and failed run issues.
Cannot save a schedule
Check validation messages:
- Run time required for one-off schedules
- Frequency required for recurring schedules
- Interval out of allowed range
- Time of day required
- At least one weekday selected for weekly schedules
- Day of month required for monthly schedules
Remember: timezone comes from your browser and is not editable in the UI.
Notifications will not save
- Enable Notify on success and/or Notify on failure if targets exist.
- Add at least one target when notifications are enabled.
- Channel destinations need a channel; DM destinations need a member.
- Members must belong to the selected workspace.
- If channels fail to load (“Unable to load channels.”), reconnect Discord and retry.
Run now stays disabled
Another run is already Pending or Running. Wait for it to finish, then try again.
Cannot edit or archive a task
System tasks (for example automatic Sync Discord knowledge) cannot be edited or archived. You can still run or schedule many of them.
Failed runs
- Open the task run detail for the error.
- Inspect nested tool runs.
- Verify integrations, enabled tools, and Private allowlists.
- Re-run after fixing configuration.
