Getting started
Quick start
Get from signup to your first Discord question in a few minutes.
Use this checklist if you want the shortest path from signup to a working Discord assistant.
Prerequisites
- Clankee account (or waitlist access if registration is closed)
- A Discord server you can manage
- Ideally one or two tools that hold business context (docs, CRM, issue tracker)
Steps
Create your account and finish onboarding
Create your account, create a project, connect Discord, and invite the bot. See Onboarding.
Connect at least one integration
Open Integrations, pick a tool, name the connected account, and authorize. Enable the tools you want Clankee to use. See Connect an integration.
Add a knowledge note (optional but useful)
Open the Knowledge base, choose Add entry, and capture something Clankee should always know (for example how you define “active client”).
Discover knowledge from your tools
From the dashboard or Knowledge base, choose Discover from integrations to search connected apps for important company knowledge.
Ask Clankee in Discord
In a channel where the bot is present, mention Clankee, for example:
@Clankee what's our current monthly run rate?
What success looks like
- Your project dashboard shows connected workspaces and integrations.
- Clankee replies in Discord using project context and tools.
- Optional: a Discover or Sync Discord knowledge task appears under Tasks / Run history.
